Once processing has completed, SendOwl’s bot will send you two emails (ostensibly from EAI Media) one of which will contain your download link. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it within a couple minutes.
The download link will remain valid for 3 days or 10 attempts (whichever comes first). Please make a backup of your download for safekeeping.
If you accidentally delete your email before the download window expires, click here.
If you need to download again after the link has expired you are totally out of luck.

Simply use the contact form here on the site and paste in your order receipt info like this. If I am able to verify the info you provide against my records, I will issue a new link.
